Meet George Adair, Our Representative in Western Canada

George Adair has been in the farming industry for over forty years. He was raised on a farm in southeast Saskatchewan and began farming as a young boy. He worked assembling versatile tractors and learning mechanics. During his career, he was a territory manager and later on a sales manager for two short-line manufacturers. When the company decided to move to from Saskatchewan to Manitoba, George decided to stick to his roots and start his own business.

Adair Sales & Marketing has been in business for the last thirteen years. George, along with his daughter Shannon and husband Jayce, operate the business out of Swift Current, SK. George has been a representative for Art’s Way Manufacturing for almost three years. At Adair Sales & Marketing, they are very knowledgeable on the Art’s Way CattleMaxx, Grinder Mixers, and TOP-SPREAD. George enjoys working and selling for Art’s Way because we produce efficient, reliable products.

Throughout George Adair’s time working in the agricultural industry, George has seen a lot from small businesses to large corporations. He enjoys working with farmers because they value his drive to improve their overall production. In his opinion, the agricultural lifestyle is full of people who hold integrity as a paramount. George enjoys working with Art’s Way and other manufacturers who embrace new technology while still valuing quality to strive to increase their standards and ultimately help farmers better themselves.

In his free time, George Adair loves to cook and experiment with recipes. While traveling, he embraces his experiences and brings them back to his own kitchen to try to replicate what he has recently enjoyed. While leading up to retirement, George plans to stay in Saskatchewan where he can be close to his kids and grandkids. Although he does like the beach, he would rather be right at home near the farm ground he grew up on.
